**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Measuring and estimating of construction costs and cost planning
- Producing project budgeting for feasibility studies
- Contract administration and reporting
- Assessing project risk and cost reporting for financial institutions
- Life cycle costing and replacement reporting
**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Law or Engineering
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Keen judgment and decision-making ability
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
- Use of critical thinking, logic, and reasoning
- Exceptional negotiation skills, strong interpersonal skills, confidence and professionalism
- A strong, financial and commercial acumen is a must, and the accurate preparation of cost plans, as well as in identifying new projects and working with team leaders to build relationships for future projects.
- Advanced computer literacy including Microsoft Office, and preferably CostX (not essential)
- Ability to collaborate as part of a high-performing team
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy of work
- Possess a strong work ethic, good organisational skills and can meet strict deadlines within a fast-paced working environment
