People Transition Coordinator - Open to ECU staff only
Edith Cowan University is seeking a proactive and highly organized Coordinator to support the People Transition team. This role focuses on supporting staff through transitions to the City Campus and other related moves, ensuring staff and students are well informed and supported throughout the process. The position is a full-time, fixed-term role based at Joondalup and City Campus, open to ECU staff only.
Position Details
* Employment type: Full-time, Fixed-Term (6 months)
* Location: Joondalup and City Campus
* Salary: $95,310 to $102,830 per annum (HEW 6) + 17% superannuation
* Seniority: Entry level
Key Accountabilities
* Prepare and publish project communications, including updates, SharePoint content, FAQs, and presentations.
* Support staff engagement activities such as forums, drop-ins and information sessions, ensuring resources remain relevant and up to date.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* Liaise with Schools, service centres, and external partners to support smooth collaboration.
* Compile information to inform decision-making.
* Assist with reporting requirements and governance documentation by collating updates.
* Assist with staff experience project activities.
About You
* Experience in project or communications coordination & administration roles.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare clear and engaging content.
* Proficiency with digital platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* A proactive, flexible approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
