Remuneration : $2,829.76 - $3,371.44 per week

What You'll Be Doing

The position of SDPR Technical Project Manager exists within Digital Health Services (DHS) and supports all sites within Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) within the planning and implementation of the Single Digital Patient Record (SDPR).

Under the leadership of the Deputy Director Digital Health the position is responsible for strategic and operational management of the Technical Services stream of the SDPR Project Team including Network Communications and Server Operations pertaining to the SDPR rollout. The position is responsible for strategic and operational oversight of the technical aspects of the SDPR Project and day-to-day business operations to align with the ICT Roadmap and broader SDPR rollout.

The SDPR Technical Project Manager will oversee the full technical complexity, cross-functionality and completion of the SDPR Project, by managing resources, budgets, timelines, and risks while acting as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders. The role will be responsible for driving technical integration, risk management, stakeholder coordination and alignment with enterprise architecture, cyber security and resource allocations.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in the health environment, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive projects from initiation to completion. Candidates Will Need To Meet The Following Criteria

* Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in health with a comprehensive understanding of Digital Health Services (DHS) /ICT requirements to support efficient and effective delivery of the SDPR.
* Proven project and change management skills and the ability to deliver complex, sensitive, multidisciplinary projects within specified timeframes and budget.
* Demonstrated range of interpersonal, communication, professional & negotiation skills with a facilitative style of management that motivates and encourages trust, initiative and teamwork.
* Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills with capacity to work collaboratively at all levels with a wide range of senior professionals from all disciplines.
