We're seeking a HR Advisor – Visa & Compliance to lead employment visa governance and workforce compliance across a large, mission-driven aged care and NFP organisation supporting some of Australia's most vulnerable communities.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of migration, regulation, workforce sustainability and care quality — where getting it right truly matters.
What you'll do
* Own employment visa governance for a large, diverse workforce
* Lead right-to-work, contract and compliance assurance in a highly regulated environment
* Partner with leaders to support safe, compliant workforce supply
* Translate complex legislation into practical, auditable processes
* Strengthen systems and automation to reduce risk and manual effort
* Lead and support a small employee compliance team, ensuring clear priorities, high performance and consistent workflow delivery
What you bring
* Experience in employment visas, workforce compliance or regulated sectors
* Knowledge of Aged Care, Community Services or Not-for-Profit environments (highly regarded)
* Strong understanding of legislative, audit and risk obligations
* Confidence engaging senior leaders with clarity and credibility
