We are seeking a motivated and reliable Trainee Aircraft Hose Technician to join our growing specialist aviation manufacturing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good mechanical aptitude who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a long-term technical career.
You will receive full training to manufacture precision hose assemblies used in critical aircraft hydraulic, fuel and pneumatic systems.
Attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work are essential. You will also help maintain a clean and organised workshop while working alongside experienced technicians.
No aviation experience is required — we are looking for attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
What You Will Be Doing
· Learning to manufacture and assemble aircraft hose assemblies
· Using specialised workshop machinery and hand tools
· Measuring components using digital measuring tools
· Assisting with pressure testing and quality inspections
· Following detailed work instructions and safety procedures
· Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
This Role Would Suit Someone Who
· Enjoys working on cars, bikes, machinery or hands-on mechanical projects
· Has completed or is considering a trade or technical career
· Wants to develop specialised skills in the aviation or defence industry
· Takes pride in doing precise work properly the first time
· Is reliable, punctual and keen to learn

· Mechanically minded and enjoys practical hands-on work
· Able to follow step-by-step processes and instructions
· Strong attention to detail
· Comfortable working with measurements and numbers
· Trade school, engineering studies or workshop experience is beneficial but not essential
