Event Coordinator Job Summary
Rabbit and co caterers' is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Nowra, NSW. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth of our thriving hospitality and events business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and translate them into detailed event plans
* Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, including vendor management, venue coordination, and event setup and teardown
* Liaise with our catering team to ensure seamless food and beverage service at events
* Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the event planning and execution process
* Troubleshoot any issues that arise during events and implement solutions in a timely manner
* Maintain detailed event records and documentation
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our event planning processes and procedures
Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator who has:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or a related hospitality role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and the internal team
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
* Proficiency in using event planning software and tools
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
