**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
You will assist the Senior Administrator with all Administrative tasks, and the wider team and office with any needs as required. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as well as, but not limited to:
- Receive and respond to sales & customer enquiries
- Liaise and maintain communication with clients
- Assist and investigate client matters
- Provide sales quotes and updates on fees
- Update and maintain internal databases
- Document preparation and maintain files
- Run reports and assist with audits when necessary
- Other ad hoc administration tasks as require
**Skills / Experience**
You will be an experienced administrator with the ability to work in a high-volume environment, as well as:
- Experience working in a similar Administration Assistant role is highly advantageous
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- High degree of resilience, tolerance and initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project coordination skills - able to work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Good stakeholder management skills
