As an Assistant Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating communication with stakeholders, assisting the Senior Project Administrator, and tracking project timelines and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:

* Managing project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
* Coordinating communication between project stakeholders, such as clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
* Assisting the Senior Project Administrator with project and office related tasks.
* Tracking project timelines, milestones, and expenses.
* Assisting the Project Manager in procuring and maintaining project supplies and equipment.
* Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and best practices in demolition work.
* Providing administrative support to project managers and field staff as needed.
