As they continue to expand, they are seeking a motivated Finance Officer to join their finance team and help drive financial accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Accountant, this role includes but is not limited to: Managing reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records Preparing month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation adjustments Handling Accounts Receivable invoicing and payment matching Setting up new suppliers Scheduling and processing payments Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance function Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders Ideal Candidate Prior experience as a Finance Officer or similar finance role Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Intermediate knowledge of Excel Additional Benefits Flexible working arrangements with 2 days WFH On-site parking and convenient access to public transport Permanent role offering job security Opportunity to work within a supportive, high-performance team To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
