**The Role**:
Key responsibilities within the role are as stated, but not limited to;
- Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations, ensuring adherence to organisational policies and legislative requirements
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with relevant legislative requirements and organisational values
- Develop best practice policy, processes and procedures
- Drafting letters of compliance
- Management of issues related to ER cases
**Your Profile**:
To be successful in the role, you will be someone who has strong Human resources experience having dealt with a wide range of stakeholders. You will also have excellent verbal and communication skills alongside a strong work ethic which will enable you to thrive in this fast paced environment.
