Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our nursery team as a key player in day-to-day operations. This role involves hands-on involvement in maintaining the health, growth, and quality of vegetable seedlings.
* Strong communication skills with a positive attitude
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
* Physical fitness to perform an active 8-hour day
* Enjoyment of outdoor and hands-on work
* Horticulture experience advantageous
