About the Role
As Development Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects through delivery, working closely with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Immediate work includes the delivery of two leading Land Lease Communities in South East Queensland, with further opportunities to shape and grow your career.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing key stakeholders including clients, head contractors, consultants, and authorities
* Acting as the Superintendent's Representative during construction
* Overseeing program, cost, quality, and risk management
* Ensuring successful project outcomes through strong leadership and communication
* Working with a high level of autonomy, supported by flexible arrangements aligned with project demands

About You
You are a driven and capable professional who takes pride in delivering the right outcomes and building trusted relationships.
You will bring:
* A strong problem-solving mindset

* A deep desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for projects and clients
* 5+ years' experience in development, project management, or construction management
* Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
* A Bachelor's degree in a related field (advantageous but not essential for the right candidate)
