About us

Bring Me Magic is a renowned award-winning entertainment company with over 15 years of expertise in bringing fun and interactive experiences to birthday parties, schools, libraries and corporate events across South Australia. The company is proudly owned and managed by Michael Wilkop who is an accomplished actor of screen and theatre with over 30 years of experience in the performing arts. As a professional Creative Director and Acting Coach, he decided to utilise his well-developed skill set to build his own company that coordinates and trains SA's most talented performers all in the one place.

Qualifications & experience

* Previous administration experience required. Clerk Private Sector Level 3-5 qualifications/experience preferred.
* Experience in accounting and booking software required.
* Must have a solid grasp with Microsoft Office programs and a basic understanding in graphic design.
* Familiarity with Chat GPT and other AI software is a bonus.
* Positive and bubbly/vibrant phone manner is essential.
* Great organisation and time management skills required.

Tasks & responsibilities

* General administrative and personal assistant work including booking events, customer calling, scheduling entertainers, payroll, reconciliation of accounts (using XERO), invoicing and itinerary management.
* Working onsite at corporate events, private functions and parties performing administration duties.
* Ordering inventory.
* Reporting to and personally assisting the CEO as well as schedule management.
