About This Role
Your new role:
This is a key client-facing administrative role supporting the Medical Aids Subsidy Scheme (MASS), delivering high-quality service and coordination across a broad stakeholder group.
* Provide information and support to clients, prescribers, suppliers, agencies, and the community regarding MASS processes and services
* Maintain accurate manual and electronic client records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
* Coordinate the supply, repair, and maintenance of aids and equipment for clients
* Deliver high-level administrative support to a multidisciplinary team, contributing to efficient service delivery and continuous improvement
About You
You are a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is committed to delivering quality outcomes.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Proven experience in administrative support, including data and word processing systems
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities and deadlines
