Gardener / Property Maintenance Worker:
* $35/hour +12% super + Incentive Bonus
* Part Time to lead to possible Full Time Position
* Location - Hunter, Newcastle, Lower + Mid North Coast
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener/ handyman to join our growing team. If you're experienced in property maintenance and enjoy a variety of outdoor tasks, this role could be a great fit. Your role will include:
* Gardening and lawn mowing
* Light outdoor maintenance and odd jobs
* Minor repairs and general property upkeep
Working across residential and commercial sites in the Hunter, Newcastle and and Lower and Mid North Coast regions.
What we are looking for:
* Someone who is reliable, punctual and hard working
* Hands on experience in property maintenance or similar work
* Able to work independently and take initiative
* Own vehicle or have licence
* White card
* Must have NSW criminal history check
What we offer:
* $35 per hour plus superannuation
* 32 hours per week with some flexibility
