This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the premier alpine hospitality properties in the region. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation and management of the hotel, ensuring that our esteemed reputation for excellence is upheld and enhanced.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of Astra Falls Creek, ensuring exceptional guest experiencesOversee all departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest servicesDevelop and implement strategies to improve service quality, revenue, and operational efficiencyMaintain high standards of hospitality and service throughout the hotelMonitor financial performance, manage budgets, and achieve financial targetsFoster a positive work environment, encouraging team collaboration and employee developmentAct as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, ensuring all concerns are addressed efficientlyStay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership role in the hospitality industryStrong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and guest servicesExceptional leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProficient in hotel management software and systemsFlexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidaysStrong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
