Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing the execution of civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise contractors and manage contractual obligations.
* Provide timely and accurate technical advice in civil construction and contracting processes.
Assist in thegre financial project performance
* Maintain Quality Assurance System elements within the area of operation, ensuring ongoing compliance with all quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
* Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and clients.
* Lead a team of supervisors and leading hands.
