The Opportunity

We currently have opportunities for new team members to join our field crews. Whether you're a labourer, experienced operator, aspiring supervisor or looking to kick start your career, we want to hear from you! These positions are permanent full‐time, offering a rewarding remuneration package including regular overtime.

Given our vast range of services, there is plenty of variety with the roles and responsibilities which include (but not limited to):

• General labouring including site preparation and onsite support.
• Operating state‐of‐the‐art plant & equipment in pipeline renewal (cleaning and assessments, pipe lining, junction cut & seal and flow management).
• Associate civils including manhole/pit alteration with rehabilitation.

Your background may be from one of the following:

• Pipe maintenance experience such as cleaning, pipe lining, CCTV or plumbing.
• Civil construction.
• Water or wastewater infrastructure.
• Or you might be looking to break into the industry; either way we would like to chat with you – we value our people and are ready to invest in you, providing all required training.

You will bring:

• Valid driver's licence.
• OHS construction induction card (White card).
• The ability to work on sites across Regional NSW and ACT.
• Good work ethic and positive work attitude.
• A strong focus on safety.
• HR or MR licence, confined space entry and working at heights licences are desirable but not essential.
