The Opportunity
You'll start on one of their current projects before moving across to their upcoming $60M Cleveland development commencing mid-2026 – followed by further $60M+ projects already locked in through to 2030 in Cleveland and Mt Gravatt.
You'll coordinate trades, manage site operations, oversee quality and safety, and ensure smooth delivery across all aspects of the build.
The Company
My client is a builder/developer delivering high-end multi-residential projects, typically $20M - $80M, with an upcoming pipeline sitting consistently at $60M+. They manage almost everything in-house, including an emerging internal design team, which strengthens delivery efficiency and design consistency. The business has an extremely strong culture of collaboration, loyalty, and progression – with many team members there for 7-10 years, and their current Project Director progressing from intern to PD. Senior leaders come from tier one and two environments and are actively shaping systems, structure and scalable growth as the company expands.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing site operations, trades, and programming
* Starting on a current project, then transitioning to a $60M Cleveland build
* Overseeing quality, safety, and project progress
* Coordinating with Project Directors and internal teams
* Taking full ownership on large multi-residential build
What You Bring
* PM experience delivering multi-residential projects $60M+
* Head contractor or builder/developer background
