About the Role

KINSHIP digital is looking for a curious individual with a growth mindset to join our ever-expanding client delivery team. This role would be focused within the Open-source intelligence (OSINT) business line and would include delivering quality work for clients and expanding the book of business.

You are logical, pragmatic, results focused and act calmly and mindfully under pressure. You will be comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a team, facilitating others to ensure we are delivering to our valued client. You have an interest in international relations and geopolitics and can understand the challenges within the public sector and navigating within this landscape.

Day-to-day activities include but are not limited to:

* Design and configure monitoring approaches across social media, digital news, and other publicly available sources
* Develop and refine Boolean and Advanced queries, taxonomies, and data structures
* Build dashboards, alerts, and reporting frameworks aligned to customer requirements
* Ensure configurations are structured, scalable and aligned to real-world use

Embed into customer environments

* Work closely with customer teams to understand their operating context, priorities, and workflows
* Translate intelligence requirements into practical platform configurations and outputs
* Support integration of intelligence into communications, policy, operational, and decision-making processes
* Operate as a trusted delivery partner within customer environments, particularly during high-tempo periods

Deliver clear, decision-ready insight

* Analyse large volumes of public data to identify emerging issues, narrative shifts, and areas of risk or opportunity
* Translate complex information into clear, structured outputs that support action
* Support reporting across real-time monitoring, situational awareness, and longer-term trends
* Focus on relevance and clarity - ensuring outputs are useful, not just descriptive

Strengthen capability over time

* Run workshops and working sessions to refine use cases and improve how customers apply intelligence
* Continuously tune and optimise monitoring approaches as requirements evolve
* Support training and capability uplift so teams can operate effectively
* Help customers move from reactive monitoring toward more structured and proactive intelligence use

Contribute to growth and evolution

* Identify opportunities to deepen use cases and strengthen customer capability
* Support account expansion through trusted delivery and practical recommendations
* Contribute to internal best practices and the ongoing evolution of KINTEL

What do you bring to the team?

* Experience in open-source intelligence (OSINT), social listening, media intelligence, or a related field
* Ability to work with large volumes of unstructured data and identify what matters
* Experience building queries, dashboards, or monitoring frameworks
* Strong analytical thinking and the ability to connect data to real-world context
* Confidence working with customers and understanding their requirements
* Ability to communicate insight clearly and practically
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Highly Regarded

* Experience working with government or in complex, high-trust environments
* Understanding of public discourse, narratives, and emerging issues
* Experience with social listening or intelligence platforms
