The Role
11. A well-maintained portfolio with the majority located within close proximity to the office
12. End to end property management with support from a leasing agent
13. Conduct PCRs, routine and final inspection
14. Manage maintenance and monitor rent arrears
15. Support from an experienced Head of Department and Director
16. Back up and cover during annual leave, sickness or busy periods.
The Criteria
17. Previous experience managing your own portfolio
18. Property Management Registration
19. Driving license and reliable vehicle
20. Excellent communication and organisational skills
21. A fun-loving team player personality & sense of humour
