The Role
The Talent Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of teaching and non-teaching roles, partnering closely with leaders to ensure timely, compliant, and effective hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end recruitment services across the organisation
Partner with school leaders and stakeholders to understand staffing requirements
Source, screen and shortlist candidates for a variety of roles
Coordinate interviews, reference checks and pre-employment processes
Ensure recruitment activities comply with child safety and employment legislation
Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and talent processes
About You
Demonstrated experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience within education, government, or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
Understanding of compliance requirements, including child safety obligations
