The Position
We are seeking an Production Administrative Assistant to support production administration activities within the manufacturing environment. This role is primarily focused on production documentation, work order processing, ERP (SAP or similar) transactions, production logs, auditing support and data integrity.
The successful candidate will work closely with Production, Quality and Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of production-related information.
Key Responsibilities
· Processing and maintenance of production work orders in SAP or similar ERP systems
· Accurate data entry of production results, yields, consumptions and adjustments
· Maintaining production log sheets, batch records and supporting documentation
· Ensuring production documentation is complete, accurate and audit-ready
· Supporting internal and external audits through document collation and records review
· Filing, version control and management of controlled production documents
· End of Month (EOM) production reconciliations and reporting support
· General production administration and ad hoc operational tasks as required
Working Relationships
The role works closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure consistency, traceability and compliance of manufacturing records.
What We Are Looking For
· Experience in administration within a manufacturing or production environment
· Strong understanding of production paperwork and work order processes
· Experience using ERP systems (SAP or similar) highly regarded
· High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
