Overview
We are seeking experienced MR Drivers for a catering client near Darwin Airport, commencing ASAP on a rotating roster basis with ongoing work.
This role operates on a 24/7 schedule with varying start times, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
The ideal candidate will have solid MR driving experience, flexibility with shift work, and a positive, professional attitude.
Responsibilities
- Operating MR vehicles for loading and unloading galley equipment
- Driving trucks to various aircraft types and loading equipment onto aircraft
- Following all safety procedures and aviation regulations
- General maintenance and care of vehicles and equipment
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted MR Driver's License
- Ability to provide 1 year driving history check
- Current Working at Heights Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to obtain ASIC card and pass Air Side Driving Course
- Flexibility to work rotating roster with day and night shifts
- Ability to pass national police check, full pre-employment medical, and drug & alcohol test
- Proven reliability and work ethic
Please note: This role does not count towards the 88 days working requirements for a Working Holiday Visa.
