The Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Team Leader Justice Support Programs.
In this role you will support and coordinate the team in the delivery of justice programs across various regions of NSW.
* Monitor the day-to-day delivery, collection and monitoring of compliance and data.
* Evaluate stakeholder engagement and coordination of referrals.
* Coordinate the day-to-day justice programs and service delivery, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ongoing performance management to ensure effective service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals with:
* Tertiary qualifications in Community Services or a related field.
* Experience working with juvenile offenders that experience disability, mental health issues, and other challenges.
* Demonstrated ability to execute program delivery, including program planning, organisation, implementation, facilitation, and evaluation.
* Demonstrated computer skills, including the use of general Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
* Demonstrated clear understanding of the needs of families and young people involved in the criminal justice system.
* Demonstrated experience in high-level report writing.
* Strong communication skills demonstrated in diverse working environments.
* Demonstrated experience in managing a diverse team.
* Effective time management skills and the ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Effective conflict resolution skills, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
* A current Working with Children Check, Working with Vulnerable People Registration, and National Police Check.
* A current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel overnight in regional and interstate areas if required.
