The role of Program Coordinator – Student Learning and Support involves leading the strategic planning, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of initiatives that extend and enhance learning outcomes for gifted students.
You will be responsible for developing and promoting the school's vision for academic success and fostering a shared commitment to this vision among staff, students, families, and community partners.
* Key responsibilities include coaching staff to embed evidence-based pedagogies into classroom practice and fostering a collaborative culture where teachers are confident in their effectiveness, open to feedback, and focused on continuous improvement.
* You will also lead the school community to embrace and develop opportunities for improved service catering for Albany SHS students who need extension and challenge.
