Be the First Point of Support in Cancer Services
Metro South Health is seeking motivated Administration Officers to join Cancer Services within Internal Medicine at Logan Hospital. These permanent and temporary AO3 opportunities (full-time and part-time) provide essential administrative and reception support, coordinating patient appointments, managing enquiries and ensuring accurate patient registration to support the delivery of high-quality care.

In this role you will provide efficient reception and administrative services to support patients, clinicians and the broader healthcare team.
* Provide reception support, managing enquiries and directing patients and visitors
* Coordinate patient appointments, clinic bookings and waiting lists
* Maintain accurate patient records and update information across hospital systems

You are an organised and customer-focused administration professional who enjoys supporting patients and healthcare teams.
* Strong communication and customer service skills in a busy healthcare setting
* Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate appointments efficiently

Logan Hospital is the major health centre for one of the fastest growing areas in Queensland. We offer a range of services, including medical, rehabilitation, maternity, surgical and paediatric care.
We offer our staff and students extensive support and training in most medical specialties. As a teaching hospital, we help train future health care professionals and participate in research through strong partnerships with Queensland's leading medical schools, universities, and TAFE Queensland.
Our services will continue to grow as we build bigger and better facilities to support the community. By 2027, we'll have more beds and 5 more birthing suites as part of the Logan Hospital expansion.
