This position involves selling Hitachi Energy products and solutions to named accounts, focusing on Utilities, Mining, Transport, Renewables, Power Generation, and Transport customers within the designated geography. The role includes developing and executing account strategies aimed at growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include coordinating sales activities, resolving customer issues, and promoting Hitachi Energy offerings to meet market strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage 7-8 key accounts, developing business and account plans to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
* Communicate and implement sales strategies, monitor customer relationships, and resolve issues.
* Develop detailed knowledge of customer businesses, decision-makers, and market trends.
* Drive volume, mix, and profitability of products/solutions/services sold.
* Coordinate internal resources to provide added value and ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
* Tertiary or degree qualifications in Engineering or a related field.
* Minimum 5+ years in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the energy sector.
* Technical knowledge of HV Energy Sector and familiarity with Hitachi Energy products is advantageous.
* Strong communication, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen.
* Experience with utility, transport, and mining sectors is highly regarded.
