About the Role
This position is responsible for assisting in the delivery of maintenance and renewal projects. You will also be required to perform manual labour, operate equipment, and support safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with installing, repairing, and modifying infrastructure assets
* Perform manual labour using hand and mechanical tools
* Operate vehicles and equipment as needed
* Support safety procedures, inspections, and update systems with asset condition data
About You
* Previous experience working in a similar rail labouring position is essential
* A current and valid Victorian drivers licence is required
* Experience using an iPad to monitor and update work schedules is preferred
* Excellent communication skills are necessary
* Sound knowledge of safety and safe working requirements is a must
