**We are currently looking for a Permanent (Full-Time) Sales & Scheduling Coordinator to work with us at our Head Office in Lidcombe, NSW.**

**Club Demonstration Services (CDS) **is the preferred in-house event marketing provider to Costco.
**The Role**
The Sales and Scheduling Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager.
The position requires an individual who is accustomed to a fast paced environment that involves meeting deadlines and likes an environment that changes.
The position requires meeting with vendors, buyers, and operation managers, coordinating projects from start to finish, creating manuals, generating vendor reports, scheduling and billing events on a web-based system, data entry, filing, answering incoming telephone calls, generating vendor reports etc.
**Job Duties**
- Acts as a special projects liaison with Costco in planning projects such as road shows, theme promotions, marketing services, hard line demos etc
- Participates in meetings with vendors and buyers and overall warehouse management to coordinate demonstration projects from inception to billing
- Travels to Costco warehouses and vendor meetings as required
- Accountable for creating product/event information sheets for special projects and hard line demonstrations
- Timely action and processing of buyer and vendor requested demonstrations
- Responsible or assisting in creating a weekly demonstration schedule for the field supervisors.
- Diligent in scheduling such as confirming the vendor has adequate credit, distribution of the item, correct item numbers are provided, demonstrations are shceduled 7 days a week and ensuring items are not scheduled on the same day
- Accuracy in verification of all work orders
- Communicating changes to the weekly schedule on a daily basis to the team and warehouses
- Provide recaps of demonstrations scheduled and billed to Vendors and Buyers on a periodic basis
- Requires a high school education or equivalent with a minimum of 2 to 5 years related business experience
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English are mandatory

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
