Quality Assurance Pension Professional Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Pension Professional to drive our strategic initiatives and growth objectives. This role involves conducting thorough assessments to ensure our tools, processes, and systems meet the highest standards of excellence.
* Conduct quality inspections and tests on various pension processes to identify system or process gaps, root causes, risks, and compliance with plan rules and applicable regulations.
* Develop regular audit reports with findings, risk assessments, and propose corrective actions.
About You
* A College Diploma or University Degree, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Multi-Employer Pension Plans (MEPP), public sector pension administration, or with an outsourcing service provider.
* A strong understanding of pension administration processes, systems, pension plan texts, and applicable legislation.
* Experience in auditing, quality reviews, testing methodologies, defect analysis, and maintaining data integrity.
