We are seeking a
**Medical Receptionist Team Leader **with exceptional leadership skills and experience in the health industry to join the Envision team at our
**Wembley **clinic
**.** This is a
**Permanent Full Time **position
**.**
Reporting to our Operations Manager and as part of our senior leadership team, this position's primary focus is to motivate and drive our team of dedicated receptionists in providing timely and professional customer and referrer service.
**You will**:
- Be involved in the daily management and supervision of our customer service team ensuring timely, professional and accurate interactions over the phone, face to face and online.
- Ensure patient bookings and payment processing is communicated and processed accurately.
- Resolve escalated customer service enquiries and issues as required.
- Engage in general management duties including: rostering and leave management, identifying training & development opportunities, recruitment, and performance management/reviews.
- Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary (CT, MRI, Dental, Ultrasound, Nuc Med & PET) leadership team to implement and maintain exceptional customer service systems and processes.
**About You**
Alongside your experience in radiology (or similar field) and management, you have a strong understanding of customer service practices and are an organisational whizz. You will also have:
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills to encourage and drive your team in providing exceptional service that is accurate, confidential and timely
- A professional and engaging personality and positive can-do attitude, that is consistent through the ups and downs of the role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills to ensure the ebbs and flows of activity are managed and utilised effectively
