We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to fill the role of Pharmacy Assistant.
Job Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
* Maintain inventory and stock levels, including ordering and restocking supplies
* Provide information and advice to customers on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
* Collaborate with the Pharmacist and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service-oriented role in the healthcare industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
* Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical products and regulations (desirable)
* Relevant qualifications or certifications in pharmacy or healthcare (desirable)
