As a result, we are seeking an accomplished Chief Strategy Officer to join our executive team in this newly created, high-impact role.
This is a critical moment in our organisation's history, and the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our future.
The Chief Strategy Officer will lead strategic transformation and champion digital innovation across the organisation. Working closely with the CEO, Board, and executive team, they will design and deliver initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive financial sustainability, and elevate service excellence.
The role requires a strong track record of leading organisation-wide change, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and translating strategy into measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a transformation strategy aligned with our purpose, vision, and financial sustainability goals
* Leading change initiatives to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and innovation
* Overseeing major projects and programs, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, within a risk management framework
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and executing digital and AI strategies, with the ability to align technology solutions to business objectives and sector trends.
They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for innovation, risk mitigation, and growth.
A collaborative and influential leadership style is essential, with the ability to engage, advise and build trust with senior stakeholders.
