About the Job:
* Manage and monitor customer accounts and outstanding balances
* Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues
* Allocate payments and process customer receipts
* Respond to customer account queries in a professional and timely manner
* Assist with reconciliations and reporting
* Support general finance team operations, including data entry and admin tasks
