Qualifications:
* 15+ years of experience in ad sales marketing & development or a sales-related support function.
* 10+ years of experience in leading and managing a team, with a proven track record of success.
* Ability to coach sales leaders and drive results through effective leadership and guidance.
* Deep understanding of media strategy and strong conceptual skills to drive brand and performance outcomes.
