A well-established and highly regarded Newcastle law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant to support its Wills and Estates practice.

Role
Working closely with a Senior Wills and Estates Lawyer, you will be involved in matters from start to finish and play a key role in the smooth running of files and client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and estate planning documents
Probate and estate administration support
Client liaison and correspondence
Court and registry filings
Diary and file management
General legal administration and matter coordination
You will be supported by a stable, experienced team in a well-resourced environment where legal support staff are genuinely valued.
About You
Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant
Experience in Wills and Estates is highly regarded, though candidates from other practice areas with strong transferable skills are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communication and client service skills
