Lead Educator and Centre Manager
We are seeking a passionate and driven leader to manage our childcare centre, fostering the growth of children and educators alike.
* Responsibilities include managing daily operations, inspiring and supporting staff through coaching and mentoring, designing engaging activities for children's development, prioritizing safety and well-being, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements:
* ACECQA approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education.
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed childcare centre or similar setting, including experience in a leadership role.
* A current Working with Children Check.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage priorities effectively.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Induction Program:
