About Our Employment Law Position:
This is a critical support role for our Senior Employment Counsel and other members of the Employment Legal team, requiring attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
* Defending employment tribunal claims;
* Assisting HR and operational colleagues with understanding TUPE Regulations;
Key responsibilities include managing employment tribunal processes, providing status updates and opinions to business stakeholders, negotiating settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts and consultancy agreements, supporting IR35 checks, and staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and legislation.
In this challenging role, you will develop your expertise in employment law, gain exposure to tribunal proceedings, and build strong relationships with HR and operational teams.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing guidance on employment law matters;
* Drafting employment contracts and consultancy agreements;
* Supporting with IR35 checks;
