We are a well-established wine wholesaler in Sydney seeking an enthusiastic, professional, organised and motivated Office Administrator to join our team full-time. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, supporting our sales team and keeping operations running smoothly. A mix of admin, customer service, logistics and stock coordination — perfect for someone who thrives on being across everything.
What you’ll be doing:
- Answering calls, taking orders and fielding customer queries
- Order processing across multiple platforms (SAP, eBev, Coles, Woolworths), stock management (purchasing/invoicing/reconciliation)
- Daily bank allocations, invoice payments, account and inventory reconciliations in SAP Business One
- Liaising with customers, wineries, and the warehouse to keep deliveries on track
- Chasing up accounts and keeping the books tidy
- Following up deliveries and managing logistics, local and international
- Helping out with social media and keeping our online platforms up to date
- Supporting the sales team and generally keeping things running smoothly
What we're looking for:
- Confident on the phone and great with people
- Time management skills (you’ll be juggling a few things at once)
- Administrative experience (6–12 months is plenty!)
- Sharp attention to detail, initiative, and accuracy
- Someone who takes initiative but is also a real team player
- SAP or bookkeeping experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
