A permanent opportunity exists for a Senior Engineer to drive maintenance management programs for critical infrastructure assets. The role focuses on optimising asset performance through structured maintenance strategies, preventive programs, and tactical asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of maintenance management programs to maximise asset performance.
* Apply asset management frameworks and ISO 55000 principles to support long-term sustainability and service delivery.
* Analyse asset data, assess risks, and drive preventive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
* Collaborate with operational teams and technical staff to drive adoption of structured maintenance practices and optimise resource utilisation.
* Communicate asset performance, risk, and service level requirements to stakeholders at all levels.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in maintenance management, reliability, and asset management, ideally in medium to large organisations.
* Strong knowledge of ISO 55000 standards and practical application within maintenance programs.
* Experience working with asset management systems and operational data to inform decisions.
* Proven ability to simplify complex information, influence stakeholders, and drive improvements in maintenance and asset practices.
* Strong analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on long-term asset performance and risk mitigation.
