 * Proven experience in property management.
 * QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust easily.
 * Tech-savvy with proficiency in PropertyMe (or similar CRM).
 * Highly organized, detail-focused, and proactive.
 * Licence and reliable transportation ready to go.
