* Engage with clients in conversation and provide emotional support

* Provide transportation and accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes and maintain accurate records of client progress and well-being
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services (preferably)
* Current CPR and First Aid Certificates
* Satisfactory Federal Police Check, Yellow Card, and Blue Card
* An Australian Driver's License and reliable vehicle
* A smartphone with internet access
