We're looking for someone motivated, organised, and people-focused to join us as a Real Estate Property Investment Assistant. In this role, you'll work closely with our Property Investment Consultant, supporting new clients as they begin their property journey with Fitzpatricks. This is a key role where you'll help create an exceptional first impression and ensure our new clients feel supported every step of the way.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
* A Certificate of Registration (Assistant Agent certificate) or a Statement of Attainment in Real Estate Practice – or the willingness to complete it (we can help you get there)
* Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
* A professional approach, with confidence in both your presentation and interactions
* The ability to manage tasks both in-office and on-site at managed properties
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and other digital tools
* Sharp time management, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle tasks effectively
* A current driver's licence
* Australian citizenship or a valid Australian work permit
Bonus Skills We'd Love:
* Experience using database or CRM software
* A natural aptitude for learning and embracing new technology
