The role will be extremely varied and over time is likely to evolve
**into a more senior Talent Acquisition role, **due to further planned growth.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Write engaging job advertisements to attract the best national talent
- Phone screen applicants to assess their skill set related to the needs of the job openings
- Work closely with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, engaging with recruitment agencies as and when required
- Reporting & Tracking - Regularly track and report on recruitment activities and metrics
- Proactively identify areas for development, building National talent pools thinking "outside of the box" to attract top talent
**To be successful you will require the below experience**:
You may be an experienced Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Co-ordinator or a HR professional with a desire to do something new and innovative. Alternatively, you may have worked in a more junior position and are keen to expand your skill set,
**step out of your comfort zone and take on a new challenge**.
