The Senior Health Manager – Service Growth and Community Outcomes is a key leadership role that drives the delivery of culturally safe, high-quality health services through our clinic and outreach programs.
* This position combines operational oversight with strategic planning to drive business growth, service expansion, and improved health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, in alignment with Closing the Gap targets.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead this team and contribute to the development of effective health programs that promote positive health outcomes for these communities.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in health management, community development, and cultural competence. They will be able to develop and implement strategies to improve health outcomes, build partnerships with community groups and stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of high-quality health services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including community members, healthcare professionals, and government agencies.
