As Head of Retail, you will take full ownership of launching and leading a national store rollout, overseeing strategy, operations, recruitment, and performance across a multi-brand retail network. This is a hands-on, commercially driven role suited to someone who thrives on building from the ground up - leading a team, driving results, and delivering an exceptional customer experience at scale. Key Focus Areas 1. National Rollout Leadership * Drive the setup and opening of a national network of retail stores * Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing store leadership teams * Establish systems, operational frameworks, and retail rhythms to ensure long-term success 2. Commercial Performance * Own and deliver revenue and profitability targets across the network * Monitor key performance metrics such as ATV, UPT, conversion, and productivity * Use data and insight to inform trading decisions and identify growth opportunities 3. Customer Experience & Brand Standards * Create an environment where customer engagement, retention, and loyalty thrive * Set and uphold strong visual merchandising and store presentation standards * Implement customer feedback loops and respond to opportunities for improvement 4. Strategic Retail Leadership * Build and communicate clear retail strategies aligned to the broader business direction * Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and execution * Represent retail in key forums and act as a connector between stores and head office 5.
