Meal Prep Cook Position
We are seeking a skilled cook to join our team in Newcastle City Council. As a resident dining cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to residents, ensuring high-quality foodservice and maintaining a safe kitchen environment.
Candidates should have prior cooking experience and the ability to meet health regulations. This includes ensuring that meals are served efficiently, meeting the dietary needs of residents, and maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve meals to residents in accordance with established menus and recipes.
2. Oversee foodservice quality, ensuring that all meals are prepared safely and presented attractively.
3. Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment, adhering to health regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
