What we're after:
* RSA (no RSA, no margaritas )
* At least 6 months cocktail-making experience (if you can shake a marg in your sleep, even better )
* Outgoing personality – we like big smiles and good banter
* Happy to jump on the floor when needed (teamwork makes the dream work)
