Women's and Children's Health Network, Child and Family Health Service (CaFHS), Adelaide (5000)Classification: RN/M2C - Clinical Nurse/Midwife LV2 - $87,416 to $110,497 + Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice BenefitsEmployment: Part time (0.1FTE) - Term Contract (12-month)About The OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CaFHS team as a Clinical Nurse, where you will be responsible for:Providing proficient, person-centred clinical nursing care and/or individual case management to patients/clients in a defined clinical area.Overseeing the provision of nursing care within a team or unit.Assessing clients, selecting and applying appropriate treatments or support programs, and evaluating their progress, all within a team-based primary health care environment.Monitoring patient/client care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved daily.About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold, or be eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.At least 3 years of full-time equivalent post-registration nursing experience.Demonstrated competence in relevant nursing practice standards.Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while being creative, innovative, and flexible in healthcare challenges.What WCHN Can Offer YouRelocation financial support may be negotiated.
